Terms of participation

The research must be original and must not have been previously published or presented at a previous conference or seminar
‍ ‍The researcher must adhere to established scientific standards in the preparation of academic research
‍ ‍The research must fall within one of the conference’s main or sub-themes Participants must submit an abstract of no more than 200 words in Arabic, English, or French by May 10, 2026

The research paper must be submitted in full by June 15, 2026, and must not exceed twenty pages, including sources, references, and indexes. The paper must be written using Microsoft Word(Simplified Arabic)with a font size of (14) for research in Arabic

Research papers are subject to peer review by a specialized committee in accordance with academic standards Individual or joint research papers are accepted, and each researcher is entitled to submit only one paper

‍ ‍The listener is entitled to attend all scientific sessions of the conference (opening, keynote lectures, and panel discussions) and benefit from the lectures, research presentations, and discussion workshops without the need to submit a scientific paper and is allowed to ask questions and participate in general discussions after the presentations and receive an official certificate of attendance/participation approved by the organizing committee Registration as a listener is an ideal opportunity for young researchers, students and interested parties to gain experience and learn about the latest research in the field

A researcher or listener who participates in the conference sessions through accredited electronic platforms such as Zoom without physically attending the conference site The remote participant has all the rights of attending participants, including presenting his/her research or intervention directly through live research and obtaining an official certificate of participation approved by the organizing scientific committee. If approved by the Scientific Committee, his research will be included in the conference proceedings The possibility to interact and discuss with attendees and professors through Zoom virtual discussion rooms or the direct question and answer feature and benefit from the accompanying seminars and workshops that are broadcast electronically
